About the role
As a Maintenance Manager you will be leading and supporting the site maintenance team, acting as a trusted technical lead and ensuring safe, reliable and high-quality performance across all plant equipment. You will work as part of the leadership team, developing practical technical plans that support continuous improvement, innovation, and cost control at the Todhills site.
Duties also include:
1. Leading and managing the on-site maintenance team to improve equipment reliability and performance
2. Developing and delivering preventative maintenance programmes
3. Creating and maintaining the maintenance strategy for the plant
