* Key Responsibilities
o Deliver effective end-to-end project management, ensuring commercial efficiency and quality.
o Monitor and manage project budgets, demonstrating strong financial management and cost control.
o Identify and manage project risks to ensure safe and successful delivery.
o Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing positively to team outcomes.
o Maintain strong working knowledge of building contracts, construction best practice, and industry standards.
o Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout each project.
o Demonstrate personal commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and service improvement.
