We’re looking for an experienced Engagement Director to lead large-scale, complex client engagements from end to end. You’ll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, managing commercials, and building high-performing teams, all while contributing to the evolution of our solutions and practice.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Engagement Leadership
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements
2. Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met
3. Identify and manage critical risks and issues
4. Track and report engagement KPIs regularly
Client Oversight
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
6. Manage client expectations and resolve client-side issues
7. Act as the main escalation point for delivery concerns
Commercial Management & Account Development
8. Own all engagement financials: revenue, margin, invoicing, collections
9. Prevent revenue leakage and manage scope changes
10. Identify and support account growth opportunities
Team Leadership & Management
11. Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams
12. Ensure the right resourcing and skills mix for delivery
13. Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
Practice Development
14. Provide feedback on solutions to improve our overall propositions
15. Share methods, assets, and accelerators to enhance our reusable IP
16. Skills & Experience
17. Strong leadership and influencing skills (without relying on authority)
18. Excellent communication – able to simplify complex topics for all audiences
19. Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
20. High level of planning, organisation, and resource coordination
21. Solid financial acumen in managing engagement budgets and margins
22. Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning
