Coffey is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental) Administrator to support civil engineering contracts across the UK Midlands. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both the Site Management and Coffey’s dedicated HSQE Team. As an HSQE Administrator or Trainee HSQE Advisor, you’ll provide essential administrative and data management support, assist with compliance and certification processes, and help foster a strong HSQE culture across projects. What you’ll be doing day to day * Serve as a point of contact for HSQE-related inquiries * Provide administrative support to the HSQE team * Ensure proper filing and archiving of HSQE documents, including incident reports * Assist the HSQE Director / Manager in the development and maintenance of the HSQE Management system, ensuring it’s up to date. * Assist the HSQE Director / Manager in the certification to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 and the ongoing compliance * Coordinate and maintain data for audits and reporting, including KPI analysis, incident logging, investigations, near miss reporting, and the management of the Accident and Incident Reporting and to support continuous improvement and corrective actions. * Assist in the documentation and investigation of Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents, near-misses and Non – Conformance reports * Develop HSQE dashboards for the ongoing HSQE performance * Liaise with projects personnel to provide routine HSEQ information, manage correspondence. * Assist in the recording onto an action log and chasing of completion of actions highlighted in internal and external inspection, audit, etc * Assist in the preparation of safety alerts, Toolbox talks, etc. Issue such documents * Attend and minute HSQE meetings * Assist in onsite HSQE inspections / audits * Support communication, including emails and written correspondence * Supporting Burntwood Office Manager with Facilities management to ensure HSQE compliance * Support with the uploading and verification of suppliers in the IFS management system * Attend project sites, were required, to support the HSQE Team The experience we’re looking for in a candidate * 2 years’ experience in an administration or data management * Basic knowledge of ISO standards (ISO (phone number removed) * Proficient with MS Office * Experienced in data collection and integration * Experienced in the use of business intelligence tools * Experienced in data analysis, metrics and visualisation The personal attributes we're looking for in a candidate * Desire to understand and promote the Company purpose, vision, values and culture * Organised, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence * Good time management, especially when meeting deadlines * Good communication skills in person and on the telephone * Full clean UK driver licence * No sponsorship is available
