Service Line Lead / Senior Director The Role A leading building services consultancy is seeking an experienced
Senior MEP Technical Due Diligence Engineer
to join their Engineering and Sustainability team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the technical due diligence (TDD) service line while also supporting dilapidations and project monitoring. This is a great opportunity to work on landmark commercial properties and developments across the UK and Europe, while building strong client relationships and supporting business growth. Responsibilities Deliver TDD, dilapidations, and project monitoring services within the MEP team
Carry out inspections, site visits, client meetings, and technical report writing
Support business development and maintain strong client relationships
Manage workload, financial performance, and resourcing
Contribute to sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives within TDD
Key Skills & Experience Degree in engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience
Strong technical knowledge of building services systems
Proven experience in commercial TDD (essential), dilapidations (desirable)
Excellent report writing, organisational and communication skills
Interest in sustainability and decarbonisation of buildings
Aspiration towards Chartered Engineer status (support provided)
