The Role: This is a Graduate Field Sales Executive position, where you will be tasked with managing an existing portfolio of independent retail customers across Cumbria. Conducting multiple store visits a day, you will be responsible for retailer education, such as training store staff on brand retention, gaining market share, merchandising and marketing the products effectively. Selling a wide range of tobacco brands, vape liquids and add-ons you will upsell and develop strong relationship with business owners, their employees and wholesalers.
As a Graduate Field Sales Executive, who are you?
8. You have graduated from university within the last 2 years.
9. You have excellent communication skills.
10. You hold a full and clean UK driving license.
11. You are coachable: You are not expected to start with all the answers. You will be trained and put in a position to succeed.
12. You are self motivated. You have a natural desire to apply yourself and want to do well.
13. You have good time management. You are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
14. You are a team player and thrive working in a competitive yet supportive environment.
The Package you will receive is:
15. £35,500 Basic salary, plus an additional £5K commission
