Associate Structural Engineer £55k - £65k plus benefits North Stoke, Staffordshire. A triple-office Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in North Stoke. Staffordshire, are currently on the lookout for an Associate Structural Engineer to join their office in a management role. The company are home to almost 50 engineers overall but the North Stoke office is much smaller at 6 staff. For its size, the company punches well above its weight with a lot of their projects coming in at around £20m in value, both new-build and refurbishment work. Their largest project of late came in at almost £200m in total value and they typically work in the Healthcare and Residential sectors This role will be a strategic hire and the right person will be personable and have a proactive approach to relationship-building. The company currently has a number of long-standing and repeat clients and the right person will be able to foster and continue those relationships for years to come. The ideal Associate Structural Engineer will have: Worked to a minimum level of Senior Structural Engineer in a previous role At least 8 years' experience (flexible) in a consultancy environment A degree in Engineering or a related field Experience using AutoCAD A clean UK drivers' license for site and client visits Locality is key in this role and relocations will most likely not be considered. There is room for the right candidate to join the team immediately. Salary will vary depending on experience. A candidate with a degree plus 4 years' experience can expect a package of around £55,000 - £65,000. Other levels of experience and suitability will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
