Who You Are We’re looking for a Construction Delivery Manager who works collaboratively, communicates clearly and brings structure to complex site activities. To be shortlisted, you need to offer… Experience and knowledge in delivering projects, including construction sequencing, recovery plans and resource allocation Good understanding of obligations under the CDM Regulations Ability to write informative, concise and meaningful reports Ability to motivate contract partners and build a climate of trust and understanding Excellent organisation and communication skills Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent vocational training and experience SMSTS or IOSH qualification Ability to collaborate with other managers to effectively manage site operations A results‑focused mindset, using initiative, personal responsibility and accountability Ability to deliver results under pressure Ability to manage multiple stakeholders What You’ll Be Doing Supporting contract partners to deliver their sections of work safely and efficiently Recommending and implementing temporary measures to mitigate safety or quality concerns Monitoring work on site and reporting findings through daily logs and detailed escalation reports Coordinating with site functions to maintain strong communication and timely reporting Organising and leading PLOD/PLOW meetings with contractors Pay, Benefits and Culture Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, and a market‑leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days and more.
