Job Summary:
To perform experiments, organize data, and analyze results under minimal supervision. Plans, conducts, or monitors experiments, records and organizes data, analyzes results, generates robust and reliable data, and ensures that contracted studies comply with protocols and applicable guidelines and regulations.

Salary: $30.00 - 33.44 per hour
Work Hours: 9 to 5
Education: Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities:
* Follow established experimental designs and protocols to obtain reproducible results with limited supervision.
* Plan, monitor, conduct, analyze, and record experiments; interpret data.
* Transfer experimental methods from literature to the lab, making modifications as needed.
* Develop and implement new protocols with moderate review.
* Work efficiently in a team environment and collaborate with coworkers.
* Communicate data and interpretations effectively.
* Develop systems to ensure quality data.
* Use standard laboratory equipment and techniques (e.g., HPLC, CE, physical property testing).
* Troubleshoot equipment and experimental issues.
* Contribute to reports, papers, presentations, regulatory documents, and patents.
* Participate in departmental support efforts such as safety, recruiting, and committees.
* May train staff or supervise others.
* Organize resources needed to complete tasks.
* Know when to seek input and when to make independent judgments.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
