Main Duties: Completion of all relevant planning, logistics and administration activities are completed on a daily basis. This includes playing an active part in carrying out these activities: Prducing all daily production plans accurately and on time – volumes, run rates, WIP etc – and provided to Production team Prducing daily outloading logistics accurately and on time – customer depot orders, pick sheets, ASNs and load manifests, ad distribute to Dispatch. Boking of vehicles though online portals and producing loads plans and delivery notes. Ensuring any shrtages are communicated to the wider business appropriately Ensure maximum utilisatin of fruit within Production Send weekly and daily staff requests t agencies as required Authrisation of transport invoices Keeping planning errrs to a minimum Plan and priritise daily operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Determine manpwer, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand Address issues when they arise aiming fr minimum disruption Obtain, cllate and communicate output information (service level, staff numbers, waste, overpacks, WIP adherence etc.) Liaising with 3rd party haulage cmpanies regarding collection times and traffic issues to ensure 100% service level is achieved. Cmpletion of Customer Issue Log Training Planning and Lgistics Administrators to conduct all activities to the required standard. Cmpiling weekly data to support Sales Admin investigations of overs/shorts etc. Maintaining recrds and archives to support audits. Attending daily Prduction meetings – shift handover, 9am, Midday huddle Cmpletion of dispatched pallet and dolly spreadsheets All ther reasonable administration tasks associated with production, planning and logistics including rotas, T&A system, agency trackers, etc. Key Accountabilities: Ensure all direct reports take ownership on, H&S, Food Safety, People and performance KPI’s. Drive absolute commitment through a focus on PrepWorld’s Ways of Working. Provide ongoing training and support to other team members, especially new starters, to ensure all team members can complete all duties. Days and Hours of work: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday working a combination of either 07:00 - 19:30 or 05:00 - 17:30. Pay: £33,000 per annum (paid monthly)
