Group Service Manager required in the West Midlands/South West England region.
1. Up to £50,000 starting basic salary with an uncapped on-target-earnings of £60,000+ per annum.
2. Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.

Our client, a large multi-franchise approved car dealer group situated across the West Midlands, South West England, and South Wales, is currently looking to hire an additional Group Service Manager to join their busy group support management team!
Reporting to the Group Aftersales Director and working alongside one other Group Service Manager, your key duties will include:
4. Exceed the monthly financial net profit target.
5. Ensure your team deliver outstanding customer experience.
6. Managing 5 or 6 Service Managers within our client's group of 11 dealerships.
7. Controlling the diary of your Group Support Service Manager.
8. Liaising with our other Group Service Managers to ensure you achieve objectives as a team.
9. Working closely with the Group Aftersales Director.
10. Develop and coach your team.
11. Ensure that your area adheres to our health and safety policy.
12. Make sure that the main KPI's are exceeded.
13. Maintain an excellent relationship with manufacturing partners.
14. Consistently live the company's core values and instil this in your team.
The successful applicant will ideally live within the Gloucestershire, North Bristol, Herefordshire, or Worcestershire region. Ideally, you will come from a similar regional management role in or be currently working as a Service/Aftersales Manager at a single site level and are looking to progress into a regional role. You will need to hold a UK driving license with minimal points, be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce consistent high-quality work in a busy workshop environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for you and the team.
