As a Senior Theatre Practitioner at Cheltenham Hospital, you’ll be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC). You should have relevant qualifications and post-registration experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior clinical role, along with excellent communication skills.
You will possess excellent clinical skills and a commitment to maintaining current knowledge and best practices.
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will:
* Work closely with the Theatre Manager and Clinical Leaders to ensure governance and training are maintained
* Demonstrate Nuffield behaviours and inspire colleagues
* Ensure a positive perioperative patient journey with safety at the core
* Manage a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology and facilities
* Collaborate effectively with ward colleagues to ensure continuity of patient care
