Some of our customers have more complex support needs and may require personal care, including bathing, toileting and getting dressed. What you'll do * We provide 24-hour support to our customers * We have 82 apartments and our customers are 65+ with Dementia, or some care needs. * Developing customer care plans, coordinating reablement workers to deliver on the plans * Leading on caseloads, risk assessments, regular reviews * Working collaboratively with external agencies Why join us Join a team that cares about you as much as the customers we support.

You have * A minimum Level 2 Diploma in Care, willing to work towards Level 3 in Adult Care * Experience working in supported housing * An excellent understanding of safety, risk management, CQC requirements and legislation in regard to personal care * Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant. * To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
