We are seeking an ambitious, passionate Science practitioner to join our team as Subject Progress Lead
Key Responsibilities
* Support curriculum leaders to raise attainment and enhance teaching practice.
* Lead and manage student support strategies within Science.
* Analyse data to inform interventions and monitor progress.
* Contribute to strategic planning for teaching and learning improvements.
* Support professional development through coaching, CPD, and learning walks.
* Establish high‑quality teaching standards and share best practice.
* Produce monitoring reports and evaluate the impact of support programmes.
* Communicate effectively with staff, SLT, external partners, and stakeholders.
* Assist with day‑to‑day departmental operations and resource management.
* Act as a form tutor and contribute to wider pastoral care.

* Passionate about pedagogy and improving outcomes
* Skilled in coaching and developing colleagues
* Confident analysing data and shaping interventions
* Collaborative, reflective, and committed to driving high standards
