We're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a busy and supportive team across Bath, Yeovil, or Sherborne. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload while collaborating with legal specialists in planning, litigation, construction, and residential property.
What youll do :
Handle a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, lease renewals, and property finance
Support development projects and corporate transactions
Advise clients across a diverse portfolio locally and nationwide
Build lasting client relationships, delivering clear and confident legal advice
Work with colleagues across multiple offices in a collaborative team environment
What were looking for :
* Agricultural matters (desired)
Proven experience in commercial property law
Strong client-handling and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Flexible, proactive, and highly organised approach
Confidence managing multiple matters and meeting deadlines
