An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic RMN / RGN to join our award-winning team on Garner Ward (Dementia Inpatient Services).
Main duties of the job:
* The post holder will provide effective and efficient clinical leadership within the defined clinical area, ensuring care delivery meets issues related to spirituality, equality, diversity, and rights, in accordance with good practice and legislation.
* Act as a role model for junior staff, positively reflecting the values of the organization, and ensuring effective communication pathways with internal and external stakeholders to develop current models of care.
* Engage and motivate colleagues to generate and implement ideas to nurture a culture of quality improvement.

Person Specification
Education / Qualifications (Essential):
* Current professional registration - NMC
* Significant post-qualification experience
* Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and relevant legislation
* Knowledge of KSF, PDR system, workforce planning and management
* RMN/RGN
Desirable:
* Experience in a supervisory role
Skills and Aptitude (Essential):
* Proven leadership skills
* Ability to prioritize workload and manage stress
* IT skills applicable to practice
* Organizational skills
Other requirements include a DBS check, current UK professional registration, and compliance with NHS employment policies.
