We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to lead and optimise our marketing activity across a range of digital platforms and campaigns. This role will be instrumental in enhancing customer engagement, promoting our offerings, and driving revenue growth through data-led marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Management
* Maintain, configure, and optimise HubSpot CRM for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and reporting
* Develop and manage workflows, email campaigns, and customer segmentation
* Generate actionable insights from CRM data to improve conversion and retention
* Ensure data cleanliness and integrity
Digital Marketing Campaigns
* Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social media, and paid media
* Work with venue managers to build campaign calendars and support local marketing initiatives
* Use data and analytics to monitor performance and refine strategies
Content Creation & Management
* Coordinate content production for web, social, email, and other channels
* Manage internal and external creative resources including photography, video, and design
* Ensure consistent branding and messaging across platformsincluding onsite POS
Website & SEO
* Manage and update website content in alignment with SEO best practices
* Collaborate with developers to improve UX and conversion
* Monitor site analytics to identify and implement optimisations
Get Golfing App Management (Pacesetter)
* Oversee functionality, updates, and integration of the Get Golfing App
* Collaborate with developers and support teams to enhance user experience
* Train and support staff and members in app usage
Community Engagement & Charitable Initiatives
* Work closely with the Charities and Communities team to promote outreach programmes and fundraising initiatives
* Create marketing content that highlights our charitable impact
* Support campaigns aimed at increasing community involvement and awareness of Get Golfing’s mission
* Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics (HubSpot experience preferred)
* Proven experience in digital marketing (email, social media, SEO, content marketing)
* Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience in the golf, leisure, hospitality, or charity sectors is a plus
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
