Your New Role
As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will be involved in valuation and estates work, including acquisitions, disposals, management, rating, and compensation matters. You will provide cost-effective professional valuation and property management services, ensuring value for money in all property transactions. You will be part of a property & development team managing corporate and investment assets, providing technical expertise to ensure effective service delivery.
What You Need to Succeed
* Hold a degree in estate management (or equivalent) and be a member of RICS (or equivalent).
* Have post-qualification experience within a commercial organization or local authority.
* Desirable: Be a Registered Valuer.
