Are you looking for a fresh challenge where no two days are the same?
We’re hiring a Senior Building Surveyor to join a thriving Building Consultancy team working across manufacturing, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, and public sector projects.
* A mix of professional and project work
* Blue-chip and high-profile client exposure
* A huge variety of building types and sector experience
Day-to-day, you'll be involved in:
* Project management and contract administration (small and large projects)
* Building surveys and technical due diligence (acquisition and disposal)
* Project monitoring and defect analysis
* Planned maintenance and remedial works
We’re looking for someone who:
* Thrives on variety and challenge
* Is commercially savvy and technically excellent
* Builds strong client relationships and spots new opportunities
* Enjoys working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
