Join Our Leading Clinical Negligence Team
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor ready to advance their career. You will handle complex cases from start to finish, lead by example, and communicate with clients, doctors, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide support, guidance, and assistance to the team to deliver outstanding service to customers
* Proactive and commercial case management and progression
* Support the Team Leader in achieving the team’s financial performance KPIs
* Effective and thorough time recording
Responsible For
* Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader and team members
* Identifying cases ready for LOC, settlement, and service within the team
* Ensuring relevant information is collected and collated to enable case progression
* Managing a caseload in a proactive, commercial manner
* Co‑ordinating the progression of cases with all internal and external parties
* Drafting legal documentation including LOC and letters of instruction
* Negotiating settlement and issuing and serving proceedings if required
* Overseeing documentation and correspondence produced by the team
* Advising the team on technical issues arising from the practice
Essential Skills and Experience
* Recent experience handling a case load
* 8+ PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and drafting skills
* Excellent IT skills – especially with Microsoft Office packages, Proclaim and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment
* Ability to work well with junior team members, providing coaching and mentoring
* Flexible and willing to commit to achieving results and meeting deadlines
* Excellent Client Care Skills
