Overview

Recruitment Trainer – a pivotal role within the People Team at CSG Talent, working closely with the Head of L&D. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Recruiter seeking a more supportive, training-focused role.


Responsibilities

* Global onboarding for new starters: work with key stakeholders to ensure the best onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
* Training of new starters: over the first 6-8 weeks, partner with new colleagues to help them get up and running.
* Delivering continuous company-wide training: assess and refresh current training material to keep it current and relevant; create updated content as required.
* As the Recruitment Partner, manage, evaluate, and improve the technological tools and systems that support CSG Talent's tech stack; regularly assess platforms and technologies to ensure optimal performance.


What You Bring to the Table

* A passion for people development and learning that sticks
* Experience within recruitment (executive search is preferable)
* Exposure to training programmes (especially onboarding)
* A collaborative, can-do mindset; you enjoy improving processes
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage people at all levels
* A curiosity for tech and systems that make work smarter
