The ideal Assistant General Manager will have:
Previous wet-led bar management experience (high-volume experience essential)
Current experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
Strong cocktail knowledge and a good understanding of food
Strong financial acumen
A fun, hands-on, confident personality – this is not a brand for wallflowers!
A commitment to creating a positive, enjoyable environment for team members
