IMH Recruitment are seeking a Part Time Executive Assistant to cover maternity for our client based in Worksop. The Role: * Provide organisational and administrative support to the Executive Team * Ensure that Board and Committees are supported including - taking minutes, agendas, reports, follow up of actions * Support for staff events * Office management (day to day office running, not staff management) and health and safety responsibilities. * Booking of training and conferences for staff * Deal with phone calls and direct accordingly. * Diary management as required. * Ad hoc admin as required. Skills * Effective people skills to assist in building relationships internally and externally. * Evidence of excellent written, verbal communications and client liaison skills. * Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure environment, preferably commercial. * Strong numeracy and written skills. * Proven experience and evidence of managing time, meeting targets and deadlines. * Flexible work ethic with can-do attitude combined with attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and proactively, including remotely. * Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Hours & Pay: 8:30am-5pm, Monday – Friday. £35,000 annually
