Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service Team team at our Dagenham site on a full time permanent basis!
Salary:£28,000 per annum.
Working hours:Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
As a Customer Service Administrator you willsupport the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.
Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:
1. Answering emails for both internal and external personnel.
2. Problem solving for client, customer and Internal departments.
3. Meeting customer and client expectations.
4. Resolving customer and client queries.
5. Order keying on SAP.
6. Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus.
7. Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.
8. ATP control for Order releasing.
