Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our Commercial team in identifying and coordinating tender and supplier opportunities.
Responsibilities
Tender & Opportunity Management
* Monitor platforms (Contracts Finder, OJEU, FTS, Sell to Wales) for new opportunities
* Refer and evaluate tenders for strategic fit
* Assist with tender preparation, formatting, and submission
* Maintain bid library and framework tracker
Supplier Engagement
* Schedule and support supplier meetings
* Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on actions
* Maintain accurate supplier contact records in CRM
* Track supplier specialities and align with tender needs
Commercial Support
* Coordinate internal contributions for tenders
* Log outcomes and lessons learned
* Support monthly commercial meetings with data and summaries
* Monitor inboxes and social platforms for market intelligence
* Support social media projects
General Coordination
* Assist with new business launches and events
* Conduct competitor research and scanning
* Support brand awareness and content monitoring
* Help meet departmental KPIs and CRM targets
What You’ll Bring
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience in tender process
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Comfortable working across teams and with external partners
* Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
