Working with our client now requires an Engineering Maintenance Manager to join one of their sites in the Grays area. Within the position you will take engineering to the next level for production, quality and overall efficiency. This presents an outstanding opportunity for a high calibre Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager to transfer knowledge and experience from other or similar industries. Through taking control of maintenance, you will be required to build and develop a maintenance team, utilising TPM Tools and Techniques to generate Continuous Improvement across all areas of Manufacturing capability, minimising reactive maintenance activities and making improvements to planned maintenance activities where possible.
