Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and elevate the operational capability of manufacturing operations.

Candidate Profile
* Degree qualified, ideally in Engineering.
* Proven experience in a senior operations role within a precision engineering or engineered products manufacturing company.
* Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
