Are you looking for a diverse role that is fun, stimulating, and rewarding every day?

Creative Support is seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Support Worker to join our friendly team in Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside. We provide quality care and support to older people with various needs, including dementia and memory impairment.

You will work across two of our services: a Day Centre supporting up to 20 people and a Hub supporting 8. No two days are the same as we help our service users pursue their passions through activities like arts and crafts, quizzes, board games, pool, and more. We also organize outings to pottery classes, garden centres, and animal sanctuaries. We seek someone with a calm, caring nature who wants to join our energetic team.


Your Role Will Include

* Providing personal care, administering medication, and lone working
* Encouraging social engagement within and outside the services
* Building trusting relationships with service users and their families
* Driving a 12-seater minibus to local amenities
* Supporting individuals with limited mobility

No previous care experience is required—just a passion for person-centred care and working in a friendly environment! Full training, including Dementia Awareness, is provided by our Creative Support Training Academy.

A full, clean driving license is essential.
