Your responsibilities:
* Manage and administer the Technical Support Team.
* Create and disseminate technical information and procedures.
* Report and liaise with factories and head office regarding product failures.
* Provide clear, detailed, and accurate technical solutions and advice to internal and external customers for all products serviced by BSH.
* Maintain tool requirements for internal technicians.
Your profile:
* Excellent technical knowledge and understanding.
* Knowledge of the home appliance industry and regulations.
* Exceptional people management and analytical skills.
* Strong-minded with a flexible approach to meet or exceed business objectives.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
