As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing critical projects, managing dispersed teams, and driving strategic initiatives. Your expertise in infrastructure management, coupled with your ability to create insightful dashboards, will be essential in ensuring the success of our technology initiatives.
The Program Delivery Manager reports to the VP, Digital Workplace Services and works collaboratively with Regional IT Directors and associates across the organization.
The person in this position will develop and manage existing project documentation, including project schedules, weekly and monthly status reports, presentations, risk logs, action logs, issue logs, etc. The Program Manager works proactively to gather information required for analysis of project cost, resources, time and other project supporting deliverables.
Infrastructure Portfolio Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our infrastructure projects.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
Quality & Governance
Understand the organizational Governance Framework and Quality Requirements
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Design and implement dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to infrastructure projects.
Analyze data trends, identify areas for improvement, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects.
Vendor Management:
Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and evaluate vendor performance.
Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Can estimate the project’s effort from functional/technical requirements to the necessary level for planning and scheduling purposes
Can produce project estimates, track the actuals and manage/report the variances effectively
Working familiarity with leading IT industry hardware/software providers.
Skilled at project scheduling, including via automated tools, and can analyze progress and trade-offs
Can implement project change process, as appropriate for scope control and change processes
Can debate effectively for or against project changes, as appropriate
Strong English language skills. Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on infrastructure.
Proven track record of successfully managing dispersed teams and complex infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating data-driven dashboards.
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are highly desirable.
Experience working with Power BI (reporting)
Experience work with ServiceNow (Project Module)
Experience in working within a Project Management Office, or equivalent structure
Working knowledge of ITIL
