Compass Associates are proud to partner with a leading digital mental health provider seeking experienced ADHD Prescribers to join their growing remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly from home while playing a key role in improving patient outcomes. The Role As an ADHD Prescriber, you will: Initiate and titrate ADHD medications (minimum 1 years’ experience essential) Complete patient assessments, reviews, and ongoing monitoring Participate in weekly clinical supervision Attend MDT meetings via Microsoft Teams Engage in regular internal training and CPD Essential Criteria You must meet one of the following: Registered Nurse (RMN, Adult, Children’s, or LD) V300 Independent & Supplementary Prescribing qualification Minimum 1-year post-prescribing experience in a specialist ADHD service OR Registered Pharmacist Non-Medical Prescribing qualification Minimum 1-year experience within a specialist ADHD service Hours Full-time: 40 hours per week Part-time: Minimum 3 days per week (3 x 8-hour shifts) Service hours: 8am–8pm, Monday–Friday - flexible scheduling within this window Benefits £2,000 Welcome Bonus £1,000 per annum Work-from-Home Allowance (pro-rata) 40 days holiday (including bank holidays) Enhanced sick pay and family leave Company pension scheme Blue Light Card access Annual volunteering day Life insurance Length of service bonus Employee Assistance Programme Interview Process Teams call with the Clinical Operations Manager Recommendations We offer a £200 John Lewis voucher for successful candidate referrals once the rebate/probation period is completed.
