We’re recruiting for a Deputy Head of Financial Crime Operations to join us on a 10 month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.
What you'll be doing:
1. Supporting the Head of Financial Crime with 1st line operational BAU work and Project work
2. Acting as a subject matter expert and supporting and guiding the Screening and Enhanced Due Diligence teams
3. Producing clear management information and representing the Financial Crime Operations team at various groups, oversight committees and team meetings
4. Providing advice, guidance and challenge to improve identification, management and mitigation of risk
5. Testing systems and processes and looking for ways of improvement

6. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Financial Crime regulations
7. Hands on operational financial crime experience
8. Experience of working in an Insurer, Bark or financial services firm
9. Strong stakeholder management skills
10. Strong problem solving skills and experienced in process improvement
