Role Overview
We are looking for a brilliant freelance Social Media Manager to join us 2-3 days per week to support and execute our digital strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Working closely with the Founder and Managing Director, this role will be responsible for translating our brand vision and business objectives into compelling, high-quality content. You’ll combine creativity with operational rigour - planning, copywriting, asset creation, approvals, and performance analysis - while maintaining exceptional design standards.

Key Responsibilities
Social Strategy & Planning
* Social Strategy & Planning
* Support the development and delivery of our social media strategy, aligning with key calendar moments and business objectives
* Plan and maintain a consistent digital communications calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram
* Lead weekly planning and content approval meetings with the internal team
* Provide strategic recommendations based on trends, brand moments, and industry happenings
* Develop and evolve our presence on TikTok, identifying innovative content opportunities
Content Creation & Design
* Build engaging, visually consistent content using InDesign and existing templates
* Copywrite compelling posts that reflect our tone of voice and values
* Develop new post formats and design rules that uphold brand consistency
* Support with content capture at events—both independently (e.g. video via phone) and through briefed third-party creatives
* Ensure all social posts are built and submitted for approval ahead of schedule
Community Management & Engagement
* Oversee day-to-day management of our social channels, responding to comments and DMs
* Engage with relevant communities, brands, and individuals to amplify reach and build presence
* Support the personal LinkedIn channel of the Founder to complement the company account
Performance & Reporting
* Set KPIs and track performance across all platforms
* Access and analyse in-platform insights and Google Analytics for weekly and monthly reporting
* Use data to optimise content and posting cadence
Stakeholder Liaison & Collaboration
* Work closely with internal team and external partners to coordinate collaborative posts and announcements
* Liaise with brand partners to align on content and gain approvals
* Coordinate social content around events, workshops, and talent recruitment moments
Creative Collaboration
* Brief and manage photographers, videographers, and designers as needed
* Maintain and evolve our digital brand guidelines and social media toolkit
* Source influencers and talent aligned with key campaigns
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience managing social media channels for purpose-driven brands or creative organisations
* Advanced proficiency in InDesign and a strong, elevated design aesthetic aligned with the luxury fashion market
* Exceptional writing, planning, and content creation skills
* Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok best practices
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical skills and experience with insights tools and Google Analytics
* Collaborative mindset with experience managing stakeholders and external creatives
