A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Chester is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Director to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong private client specialist who is ready to take on a senior leadership role with supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a complex and high-value private client caseload, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and tax matters
* Providing expert technical advice to clients on a wide range of private client issues
* Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and support staff
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
* Playing an active role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to the strategic growth of the private client department
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in private client law
* Demonstrable technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters
* Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop junior colleagues
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A proactive and client-focused approach
* STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
