About the Role
As part of our Customer Services Department, youll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products and services, on time and in full. Youll act as a first point of contact for customers, handling orders, enquiries, and service updates, while supporting colleagues across Sales, Transport, Production, and Operations.
This is a fast-paced role where youll be responsible for providing accurate information, solving problems efficiently, and ensuring our customers always feel valued.
You'll report to theGroup Customer Services Manager, workingMonday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
1. Taking and processing orders via phone, email, or app.
2. Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
3. Keeping customers informed of any changes or delays and managing orders through to completion.
4. Managing pre-emption and standing orders for a portfolio of customers.
