* Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with client-side contacts, navigating different priorities and ensuring project alignment across multiple teams.
* Process Excellence: Ensuring all projects adhere to medical regulations and internal QA procedures, while maintaining consistent momentum and meeting deadlines.
You will be a great fit if you:
* Have 5–10 years of agency experience, with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients.
* Have a strong understanding of the medical marketing landscape, including the compliance needs surrounding content and promotions in this sector.
* Are a highly organised project manager, able to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment without dropping a beat.
* Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex client requirements into clear creative briefs.
* Are confident working with internal creative and marketing colleagues to deliver best-in-class advertising solutions.
* Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for evidence-based, strategic communications.
Example projects you may work on:
* Development of multi-format promotional materials for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patient audiences (presentations, leaflets, web pages etc.)
