Who we’re looking for?
We’re seeking individuals who get excited by numbers!
Candidates with 1-2+ years of previous Accounts Assistant or Finance/Accounts experience, or similar roles.
Strong data entry skills, along with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
You might be an Accounting Degree graduate, or someone seeking a new opportunity, with A Levels, a Degree, or similar qualifications.
What you’ll be doing:
* Posting purchase invoices and processing supplier payments.
* Issuing sales invoices, monitoring credit control, and liaising with clients regarding contracts and POs.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Reviewing and approving staff expense claims in line with company policy.
* Supporting month-end activities, audits, and financial reporting tasks.
