About the Role Provide support to the Ely Team Lead and UK Warehouse manager in running the Ely Warehouse facility to ensure CMRs internal and external customers are provided with an excellent service. Responsibilities Working as part of the logistics team you will be expected to work within the Ely Warehouse facility. You will receive and check product in line with requirements of the Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) system, processing deliveries ensuring that parts, batches, and quantities are accurate in conjunction with delivery documentation. Accurately pick, pack & despatch shipments to internal and external Customers. Prepare kits and parts for manufacturing replenishment and manage material flow to the Manufacturing area. Label products as appropriate in line with relevant authorisations. Accurately update transactions onto the ERP for items picked. Adhere to department Health and Safety. When appropriate prepare shipment paperwork to meet local and international requirements. To work and interact with suppliers, customers and all internal CMR customers as required ensuring clear communication. Carry out stock counts as and when appropriate in line with management guidance. Process product returns in line with relevant documentation, ensure returns are segregated. Any other reasonable task as requested by the Team Lead Ely Logistics or UK Warehouse manager. We’d expect you to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Logistics remit that helps the team deliver its objectives. About You To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be: You will be enthusiastic, curious, energetic, and proactive- and interested in what CMR is seeking to achieve. Alongside excellent Stock Management skills, we would like you to have: Strong attention to detail. An accurate and perfectionist nature but is also practical and compromising where appropriate. A flexible approach to the role and is willing to undertake a variety of tasks as requested. Flexibility in relation to working hours ensuring deliveries can be received during working hours. Fluency, numeracy, and literacy In English. Fork truck driving. (Training will be provided). Excellent teamwork skills. Demonstrate a knowledge of ERP systems. (NetSuite Preferred). Experienced working in the Medical Device or a highly regulated industry. Fork truck driving. (Training will be provided). Role requires a level of manual handling. Why Join Us?
