Breakfast Chef Position at The Carnarvon Arms
We are looking for a breakfast chef, working 4 or 5 days a week from 7am to 12pm or 3pm. The role involves serving hotel guests breakfast, assisting with prep work, and occasionally working lunch shifts to support the team.

What We Look for in a Chef de Partie
We are seeking an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef ready for the next step. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing high-quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include:
* Championing excellent service through quality food.
* Demonstrating a passion for delivering fantastic dishes every time.
* Being an active, hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
* Willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
* Collaborating with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and specials.
* Maintaining effective controls regarding GP and labour through good planning and organization.
* Driving sales and growth by engaging with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
