About the role:
This role is based in Staffordshire (we have an office in Stafford or Stoke). The caseworker will work directly with children and young people across the area; with hybrid working an option after the 6 month probationary period.
As a Young Persons Violence Advisor you will be:
12. Working directly and indirectly with children and young people
13. Delivering services mostly through education establishments
14. Working within a wider DA service for the whole family approach
You will need:
15. Good communication skills
16. An ability to engage, build rapport and motivate young people
17. A good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on young people
