Salary and Benefits £35,141 per year rising to £38,663 after the first year in post Hybrid Working & flexi time when working in the office A Civil Service Pension with an average employer contribution of 28% Annual Leave allowance of 25 days, rising by 1 day per year of service up to 30 days 11.5 days for Public Holidays Generous sick pay scheme and family leave policies Excellent training and development opportunities The Role – Overview The Project Support Officer covers a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the project objectives for three major projects at different stages of their lifecycles - Vessel Replacement Pole Star (Closure), Aviation Services (Full Business Case), and Vessel Replacement Pharos (Initiation). The Project Support Officer enables the smooth running of the Project Management Office (PMO) by supporting the PMO’s Project Team in the delivery and development of these projects. The role involves assisting with and maintaining project plans, timelines, specifications, and reporting, ensuring that project deadlines are met. Additionally, the role will cover the development and delivery of business case work streams and project documentation. Our ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and experience….
