£20.16 - £22.17 per hour depending on experience - we also pay your breaks
+ £1.50 per hour for weekend shifts or + £1.50 per hour for Overtime shifts
Contract - 36 hours per week working on night shifts (8pm - 8am)

You’ll help us make health happen by:
* Taking responsibility for residents’ well-being and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
* Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching for colleagues and care professionals
* Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans
* Monitoring work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you’ll manage the unit alongside clinical duties, including oversight of care, medication administration, reviewing care plans, and providing clinical guidance
* Previous experience ensuring high clinical standards and adherence to policies
* Confidence in offering clinical guidance and assisting with CQC tasks
Building connections with residents and their families, providing kindness, support, and care is essential.
Effective communication skills are vital for reporting and handover of clinical issues.
If working at night, you’ll need enhanced skills to ensure safety, especially when working alone with limited support. Critical thinking, confidence, self-reliance, and calmness in emergencies are crucial.
