This is a great opportunity for experienced lecturers or professionals from the sector looking to move into teaching.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>As a <b>Health and Social Care Lecturer</b>, you will deliver engaging lessons and support learners preparing for careers in healthcare and social care settings.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Delivering Health & Social Care lessons (BTEC / CACHE)</li><li>Supporting coursework and assignment completion</li><li>Preparing learners for placements and employment</li><li>Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback</li><li>Promoting safeguarding and professional standards</li></ul><h3>What We re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Experience in Health and Social Care or related field</li><li>Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain)
