Meraki Talent are seeking client focused Transfers Analysts to join an expanding operations function, based in the heart of Glasgow.
It is essential applicants are able to put the customer first, meeting their needs and expectations, whilst meeting set deadlines. This is a busy and varied role, which will require applicants to manage a diverse workstream, whilst ensuring a positive experience for the clients.
Key Duties will include;
* Being the first point of contact for existing customers
* Answering general queries, within a timely manner
* Processing pension transfers
* Answering pension related enquiries
* Updating in house systems with accurate customer data
* Ensuring the clients needs are met
Ideally applicants will have come from a Financial Services background where they have gained transfers experienced within a platform business.
Additionally, applicants should be first class communicators, with the ability to build relationships with clients, and to ensure a smooth customer experience. As this is a busy team, it is essential applicants can demonstrate the ability to prioritize their workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
