FM Conway is seeking a Production Plant Fitter to join our Aggregates and Asphalt division. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will work remotely covering our Asphalt Plants in Erith, Heathrow, Reading, Theale, Aldershot, Croydon, and Newhaven.
Responsibilities:
1. Carry out all required maintenance duties, including preventative maintenance.
2. Attend to breakdowns and execute mechanical repairs.
3. Fabricate and weld.
4. Support site-based fitters and operations.
5. Report all plant and defect issues correctly and promptly.
6. Ensure plant compliance with ISO 19001 quality standards.
7. Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies, reporting issues as needed.
8. Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as required.
Skills and Experience:
Applicants should have experience in mechanical repairs, welding, and fabrication. A full UK driving license is required.
