The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Stourbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and professional sales administration team, providing key support to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service. Location: Stourbridge Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week) The Role: Processing sales orders, quotations and invoices accurately Updating customer portals and CRM systems Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues Monitoring shared mailboxes and MS Teams channels Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment Arranging despatches and processing sample requests Managing warranty claims Reporting issues or delays to the Supervisor What We're Looking For: Previous sales administration or sales support experience Confident using MS Office and CRM systems Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused and professional approach Requirements: Experience processing high volumes of orders and handling customer queries If you're an organised and proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity in Stourbridge, apply today with The Best Connection !
