Legal Administrator
Location: Solihull
Salary: £12.71
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
We are seeking a motivated and organised Legal Administrator to join a thriving team based in Solihull.
Key Responsibilities
o Providing administrative support to fee earners and legal professionals.
o Managing and updating client files and records.
o Using case management systems to maintain accurate case information.
o Preparing correspondence, documents, and reports.
o Handling incoming calls, emails, and post.
o Maintaining spreadsheets and assisting with data management.
o Scheduling appointments and managing diaries where required.
o Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Essential Requirements
o A minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university.
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic spreadsheet functions.
o Excellent organisational and time management skills.
o Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
o High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
o Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
o Previous administration experience.
o Experience using legal or professional services case management systems.
o Knowledge of legal office procedures.
