The Role
Due to continued success, our Senior Associate is looking for a Real Estate /Real Estate Finance Solicitor 4+ years PQE to join their fast-growing practice.
This role is available from any of our UK offices, or on a fully remote basis with attendance at our London office once a month.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop into a strong technical lawyer, working alongside a reputable Senior Associate. Getting involved in a varied workload, developing your networking and overall professional acumen skills.
This established and expanding Real Estate/Real Estate Finance Team has extensive expertise in the specialist secured lending industry and general real estate matters. Their primary clients are specialist property finance lenders (bridging and development), whom they support with unregulated loan originations; developers, whom they advise on throughout the life cycle of the development from acquisition, financing and eventual sale and investor.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Real Estate and a desire to expand their skills within Real Estate /Real Estate Finance.
Essential Experience
* You will be a qualified solicitor 4 years PQE.
* You will have experience in residential and commercial real estate matters.
* You will have auction sales and purchases experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client interaction.
* An interest in business development and forming new relationships.
* The ability to meet the challenges posed by demanding clients and tight deadlines without compromising work quality or service.
* Willingness to collaborate closely with team members.
* A strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of real estate, property finance matters, including property acquisition, disposal, investment, and development finance.
* Ensure proactive and efficient management of each case from start to finish.
* Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing lender clients and associated professionals, building trust, confidence, and reliability.
* Attend exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships with lender clients.
* Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the market reputation of the business.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills, proactivity, and creative thinking.
