The advertised salary is based on a full-time schedule (35 hours per week). Part-time hours will be adjusted proportionally.
Hourly rate of pay: £17.04 - £18.45
Work Schedule:
Working 2 days a week, shifts from 07:00-14:30 and 14:00-21:30.
Start date: ASAP.
Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and support to older residents in accordance with the National Care Standards, Scottish Social Services Council Codes of Practice, and the Council's policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Relevant Qualifications:
Educated to SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent) with demonstrated relevant experience, or to SVQ Level 2 with a willingness to achieve SVQ Level 3 within the first registration period to meet Scottish Social Services Council requirements.
PVG Membership:
This role is considered a Regulated Role involving vulnerable children and/or protected adults, as per the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
All preferred candidates for regulated roles must become or update their PVG Scheme membership prior to employment. Record updates are ongoing, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed and investigated before an offer is made.
