We are a small family-run cleaning business that is expanding, and we are looking for more staff or Self Employed cleaners who's looking for AdHoc hours, to add to our amazing team.
Note:
We have 2 positions available
**Position 1: Early Morning Start - position in Gloucester**
* Start Time: Flexible early morning shifts starting 6.30am ( minimum of 6hrs a week )
* Ideal for those who enjoy getting an early start to their day
**Position 2: Later Morning Start - based in Frampton, Cirencester**
* Start Time: from 10:00 AM ( minimum of 4 hrs a week )
* Perfect for those who prefer a later start
* Wages between £12.21ph ( goes up to £12.71 ph after 3months if targets are met )
* We offer job related bonus scheme
* Full training, equipment provided and PPE are provided
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in residential and commercial spaces.
Adapt to different cleaning techniques and products.
Learn and follow our cleaning procedures and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
Requirements:
A positive and proactive attitude.
A willingness to learn and be trained in our cleaning methods.
Punctuality and reliability as a morning person.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
